Short answer

White-label from the plan you start on: Wayfront (both plans), SuiteDash (from Start, $19/mo), ClientOS (every package, paid once; ours) and Agency Handy (custom domain and email from Team Starter, its entry plan).

Gated: ManyRequests needs Pro ($99/mo) to remove “Powered by”, Assembly starts custom domains and badge removal at Professional ($149/mo billed yearly), and Plutio charges a $9/mo add-on below its Max plan.

Our bias, up front. This guide is written by Vibemonk, the team behind ClientOS, one of the products compared. Every price links to the vendor's own page, and the places where others beat ClientOS stay in.

What it covers

What “white-label” should mean

Four places a client can spot your software vendor. Full white-label covers all four.

Your domain

The portal lives at an address like portal.youragency.com, with a valid certificate, not on the vendor’s subdomain.

Your email

Notifications, invoices and password resets come from your address, not from the vendor’s.

No vendor badge

No “Powered by” in the footer, the login screen, PDFs or emails. This is the part plans most often charge extra for.

Your app, if any

A few tools, SuiteDash among them, can also ship a mobile app under your brand.

Before you pay, ask the vendor

  1. 1Is the vendor’s name gone from every screen, email and PDF, or only from the portal?
  2. 2Is the custom domain included, and who renews its certificate?
  3. 3Does white-label cost extra every month, and on which plan?
  4. 4Can clients see the vendor in link previews, invoice footers or payment pages?

White-label

White-label client portals: questions

What is a white-label client portal?

A client portal your clients see as yours: it runs on your domain, carries your logo and colours, sends email from your address, and does not show the software vendor’s name anywhere a client can see it.

Which client portal is white-label on the cheapest plan?

By list price, SuiteDash: full white-label and a custom domain from its Start plan at $19/mo, or $180/yr. For a portal built around selling productized services, Wayfront includes white-label on Base ($99/mo billed yearly), and ClientOS includes it on every package, paid once from $990.

Does Wayfront offer white-label?

Yes. Wayfront includes white-label and a custom domain on both its Base and Pro plans.

Can I white-label ManyRequests?

Partly on every plan: a custom domain is included from the cheapest one. Removing the “Powered by” badge needs the Pro plan, at $99/mo.

Is the custom domain the same as white-label?

No. A custom domain puts the portal on your address, but the vendor’s name can still show in a badge, in emails or on invoices. Full white-label removes it from all of them, so check each one before you pay.
