Same product and prices, monthly updates continue
Short answer
SPP.co (Service Provider Pro) rebranded as Wayfront on February 12, 2026. Only the name, logo and domain changed. The company, team, product and pricing are the same, spp.co redirects, and old workspace links keep working.
If you are reviewing the subscription anyway, ClientOS is the one-time alternative: pay once, no seat limit, on your own server, with an importer built for SPP data.
Our bias, up front. This guide is written by Vibemonk, the team behind ClientOS, one of the products compared. Every price links to the vendor's own page, and the places where others beat ClientOS stay in.

A good moment to look around
Why ClientOS is the better pick for many SPP users
A rename is when a lot of agencies check what they are paying for. This is where ClientOS comes out ahead of SPP, now Wayfront.
Pay once, not every month
ClientOS is $990, $1,790 or $2,690 once. Over three years a 10-person team pays about $2,510 with a server, against $8,964 for Wayfront Pro billed yearly.
No seat limit
Wayfront caps Base at 5 seats and Pro at 10, then charges $18–20 per extra person each month. ClientOS has no limit on staff or clients.
Your server, your country
Wayfront keeps every client’s data in one US region of its cloud. ClientOS runs on a server you pick, so the data never leaves it.
Keeps running if you stop paying
When a Wayfront subscription ends, the portal stops. A ClientOS license keeps working on the version you have; only updates end.
Built for leaving SPP
ClientOS has an importer made for SPP and Wayfront data: clients, orders, messages, invoices and files come across, with a dry run first.
White-label on every package
Every screen and every email carries your brand, on the cheapest package as well as the top one.

Where Wayfront still wins: it is fully hosted with updates included, it has 40+ integrations including Zapier, Make and Slack, plus time tracking and years of reviews. If those matter most, staying put is the right call.

SPP and Wayfront
The SPP rebrand: questions
Did SPP.co rebrand to Wayfront?
Yes. SPP.co, short for Service Provider Pro, rebranded as Wayfront on February 12, 2026. It is the same company, led by founder Chris Willow, with the same team and product.
Why did Service Provider Pro rename itself Wayfront?
Wayfront says customers found the old name hard to remember and spell, and “SPP dot co” hard to say out loud. The new name is meant to suggest a way forward for agencies.
Does spp.co still work?
Yes. spp.co redirects to wayfront.com, and existing [username].spp.co workspaces keep working.
Did prices change after the rebrand?
No. Wayfront said it had no plans to change pricing. Base is $129/mo ($99 yearly) with 5 seats and Pro $299/mo ($249 yearly) with 10, each extra seat $18–20 a month.
Do SPP customers need to do anything?
No. Accounts, data and integrations carried over. The only thing worth doing is updating your own documents and emails that still mention SPP.
Is ClientOS better than Wayfront?
For agencies that want to own the portal, yes: you pay once, there is no seat limit and the data stays on your server. Wayfront is better if you never want to touch a server or need its 40+ integrations and API. We make ClientOS, so weigh that.
